Quite solid framework/beta for an Idle Loops style time looper here. The game is complete up through the first zone but hasn't been touched in two years. What's there is about 33 hours of content, though it's VERY slow paced, set-and-forget play. (Hours ~22 to 33 were all purely to grind the ship override command from 10% to 100% to unlock the zone end, with only three meaningful milestones in that entire span.) Much slower paced than my preference for a game genre with such quasi-active micromanagement/optimization gameplay, but not inherently bad.
What's good here is the polish on the individual mechanics; the skeleton of the game is implemented well, with some later unfolding options from the "Simulant XP" and with incremental bonuses from your skills giving you incentive to rebalance loops. I'd have loved an events log to note when new resources got unlocked, and the loop predictor doesn't update unless you edit the loop (so won't by default show you the new efficiency as you gain levels), but otherwise this scratches the Idle Loops itch admirably and sets up a story I'd be intrigued to see continue. There's also a "Cheat" command that opens up a speedrun mode so you can play it without time gating, if you just want to see the structure and flow of it. Overall my biggest complaint is just that the demo isn't enough.
