Giving you feedback as you asked - UI looks horrible, likes some http website from 2000. This alone makes you want to close game without even trying to see if system is good or bad. Some buttons seem to be misaligned with active click zones, or just have some issues not reacting to clicks. Tooltips oh mouse click and hold is just bad idea, make it appear on mouseover.
